How do I know if the tutor is right for me?
All our tutors offer a 30-minute trial session completely free of cost! After that, you can decide if you’d like to continue. You can also request a change of tutor at any point.
What is the refund policy?
If you cancel a lesson within 24 hours of the lesson time. You will receive a full refund. If less notice is given, 50% of the lesson fee will be refunded. Consideration will be given to you whenever possible to ensure a good relationship.
How are tutoring lessons offered?
We have both online and in-person tutoring lessons and courses specific for IB. However, we specialise in resources for online tutoring which provides all the benefits of in-person tutoring without that travel fee.
How are tutoring sessions structured?
