Overview
We believe in customer satisfaction, however, due to the nature of many of our goods, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
As a general guide:
- We will refund 100% if you cancel your tutoring session more than 24 hours in advance, 50% will be refunded if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance and no refund will be given if you no-show without notice.
- Due to the nature of our digital products such as exams, we will not be able to provide a refund without a valid reason after the checkout process.
