Overview
We believe in customer satisfaction, however, due to the nature of many of our goods, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
As a general guide:
- We will refund 100% if you cancel your tutoring session more than 24 hours in advance. No refund will be given if you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or if you do not attend without notice.
- Due to the nature of our digital products such as exams, we will not be able to provide a refund without a valid reason after the checkout process.
