What Units 1 & 2 English Language covers

Units 1 & 2 introduce the nature and functions of language, language acquisition, and how language varies and changes over time – and the metalanguage the whole subject runs on.

Why Year 11 matters

Units 1 & 2 do not count towards your ATAR directly, but they are where the real groundwork happens. Students who lock in the fundamentals now walk into Units 3 & 4 ahead – and avoid spending Year 12 relearning Year 11. That is exactly what our weekly lessons build.

Pricing: simple and weekly

$94/hour, one-on-one, all HZ resources included, no lock-in contracts. Why weekly? Foundations compound – a steady weekly routine in Year 11 is what makes Year 12 easier, so we do not offer fortnightly schedules. See full pricing.
