Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the referral program (“Program”) offered by HZ Education PTY LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

• Who Can Participate:
  The Program is open to parents or legal guardians with an active tutoring account with our Company. Participation is void where prohibited by law.
• Minimum Requirements:
  Referrers must be at least 18 years of age and maintain a valid and active account with HZ Education PTY LTD.

2. How the Program Works

• Referral Process:
  To participate, you must refer a new client who has not previously engaged with our tutoring services. Referrals can be submitted by providing the contact details of the prospective client to us. Or if they explicitly state that you referred them during the process.
• Valid Referrals:
  A valid referral is one where the new client not only signs up and completes the required registration process, but also completes at least one paid lesson with our tutoring services. Only after this confirmation will the referral be deemed valid and the credit awarded.

3. Referral Credit

• Credit Award:
  For each valid referral, the Referrer will receive a $50 tutoring credit, which will be added directly to your account.
• Usage:
  The $50 credit is non-transferable and must be used exclusively for tutoring services provided by our Company. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Credit Application:
  Credits will be applied only after the referred client completes the necessary sign-up procedures, completes at least one paid lesson, and their status is verified as a valid referral by the Company.

4. Program Limitations and Modifications

• Referral Limits:
  There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may make. However, all referrals are subject to verification and approval.
• Changes to the Program:
  We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
• Credit Withholding:
  The Company reserves the right to adjust or withhold referral credits for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program.

5. Fraud and Misuse

• Prohibited Conduct:
  Any fraudulent referrals, abuse, or misuse of the Program will result in immediate disqualification from the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to game or manipulate the Program.
• Investigation:
  We reserve the right to investigate any suspected instances of fraud or misuse. Confirmed fraudulent activity may result in the reversal of awarded credits and potential termination of your account.

6. Privacy

• Data Usage:
  All personal data collected during the referral process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein.
• Confidentiality:
  We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as necessary to administer the Program or as required by law.

7. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction:
  These Terms and the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which HZ Education PTY LTD operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.

8. Acceptance of Terms
